Jon’s Biography

Jon Taylor has been successful in the sale of residential real estate since 1993. He understands every facet of home ownership, from the emotional aspect of purchasing your first home to the complexity of renovating a multi-million dollar residence. Jon brings to each transaction an ability to align with his clients’ needs, guiding and assisting them through every phase and development of the real estate process, including consulting on home design. Jon has continually demonstrated a high level of dedication and integrity which has benefitted his clients tremendously by always putting their needs first.

Jon has designed and overseen the renovation of many homes in San Francisco which allows him to view real estate with a unique understanding of the possibility that each home affords. He has placed clients in homes they could not have envisioned would so have fully satisfied their aesthetic, personal and functional needs.

Jon has earned a place among the Top 250 Real Estate Sales Professionals in the United States by Transaction Volume category for 2011 as reported by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends, Inc. In addition, he is ranked in the top 1% of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Jon is a member of the Top Agent Network and is a member, by invitation only, of the San Francisco Round Table, an exclusive group of top agents in the City.

Jon relocated from Texas to San Francisco in 1997, where he was a top real estate producer and graduate from the University of Texas.

Jon strongly believes in reinvesting in his community and donates to GLSEN, Academy of Friends, Project Inform, GLAAD, AMFAR, and EARN. Jon is a Leadership Counsel member for the Real Estate Auxiliary of EARN, a California-based nonprofit that assists low-income workers break the cycle of poverty by matching their savings and helping those workers invest in assets that build wealth to create a cycle of prosperity across generations. For every client who buys or sells a home with Jon, he donates a Real Estate Auxiliary Membership on their behalf.
